It is primarily engaged in the business of providing EV charging stations, e-Rickshaw battery chargers & lithium batteries with effective & timely delivery.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16.1. All disputes in relation to any matters whatsoever affecting the affairs or the constitution or interpretations of this Policy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who is to be appointed by the consent of the Company and the decisions of such Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the Parties hereto.

16.2. The Deed shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
