A. M/s Wavefuel Solutions LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership in the business of enhancing the infrastructure of the global electrical automotive industry by improving the supply-chain dynamic of the current market, introducing newer and more efficient technologies in view of the Make in India campaign. It is primarily engaged in the business of providing EV charging stations, e-Rickshaw battery chargers & lithium batteries with effective & timely delivery.
1. DEFINITIONS AND KEY TERMS
1.1. To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
- 1.1.1. Charging Station: a device or station that supplies power to charge the batteries of an electric vehicle including electrical infrastructure i.e., charging point, assemblies, inverters, converters, switches, PSS, earthing, wiring devices and wiring, canopy/kiosk and other material comprising the Installation Work.
- 1.1.2. Cookie: small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, remember information about you such as your language preference or login information.
- 1.1.3. Company: when this policy mentions “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to M/s Wavefuel Solutions LLP, that is responsible for your information under this Policy.
- 1.1.4. Country: The Jurisdiction is limited to the territory of India.
- 1.1.5. Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
- 1.1.6. Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.
- 1.1.7. Dispute: any dispute, action, or other controversy between user and Company.

2. INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED
2.1. There is some information like your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our platform. This information may be used to connect your computer to the Internet.
2.2. Other information collected automatically could be a login, e-mail address, password, computer and connection information such as browser plug-in types and versions and time zone setting, operating systems and platforms, purchase history, (we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other Users), the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through and from our Website that may include date and time; cookie number; parts of the site you viewed or searched for; and the phone number you used to call our Customer Services.

12.2. We do not recommend transfer of sensitive information (such as credit card number) and bank account details via the Site to other Users. Users are recommended to do so offline, on the phone or via personal emails.

14. ACCESSING AND REVIEWING INFORMATION

14.4. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases’ due to technical and legal constraints, including stored 'back up' systems.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1. All disputes in relation to any matters whatsoever affecting the affairs or the constitution or interpretations of this Policy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who is to be appointed by the consent of the Company and the decisions of such Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the Parties hereto.
16.2. The Deed shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
